Need a record of your rental income for tax purposes, accounting, or just personal tracking? You can easily download your rent statements directly from your landlord account. Follow these simple steps to export your statements in just a few clicks: ### Step-by-Step Guide 1. **Select Your Property** Log in to your landlord account to access your main dashboard. Here, you will see a list of your portfolio. Locate and click on the **View tenancy** button to access the details of your current rental agreement. ![Image 2](https://help.lettingaproperty.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%202.png?width=670&height=417&name=Image%202.png) 3. **Navigate to Payments** From the Tenancy Overview, you need to access your financial records. Click on the **Statement** button, which features a small download icon. ![Image 4](https://help.lettingaproperty.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Image%204.png?width=670&height=417&name=Image%204.png) 5. **Choose Your Format and Download** A pop-up window will appear asking how you'd like to export the file. You have two options: - - **PDF:** Best for a clean, read-only document that is easy to print or send to your accountant. - **CSV:** Best if you want to open the data in a spreadsheet program (like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets) to edit or sort the figures. - C**lick on either PDF or CSV,** and the file download will trigger automatically.
