How long does a viewing take?

We recommend allocating 10-15 minutes for each property viewing. This gives landlords enough time to show tenants around and answer any questions they have.

Accompanied viewings carried out by our professional clerks come in half-hour slots, allowing up to three tenants to be booked in that time.
