If you already have an AST for a property in Wales on our Basic, Essential or Complete plan, our team will convert your agreement to a standard occupation contract.
Existing ASTs have six months to formally convert their contract and issue a written statement to their tenants. Our team will be reviewing all of these and carrying out the conversion process to ensure the contract is legally compliant.
A member of our team will be in touch to explain the conversion process and provide you with a copy of the converted contract to review and sign.
For new or non-customers
If you are not a lettingaproperty.com customer, our team cannot support you with the conversion process. If you are looking to join a lettings plan and draft a new contract, our team can certainly help you.
The majority of our landlords now use the Digital Contract Maker to build their own agreements, however, to provide additional support with the new legislative changes, our team will be creating and drafting standard occupation contracts on behalf of Welsh landlords.
