Can I save a message as a template?

Yes, you can save Message Templates within the Message Centre. This is ideal for messages you will be sending often, such as reminders of property inspections or visits.

You can select a message you have already written and save it as a template, or go to the Message Templates section and create a new one from there. You can also edit and delete saved Message Templates.
