The advertising package includes marketing the property for a period of up to 8 weeks, subject to reasonable levels of enquiry, viewing activity, and landlord engagement. Landlords are required to respond promptly to enquiries, viewing requests, and communications.
We reserve the right to pause or remove the advert from the market where a listing receives 25 or more tenant enquiries and/or viewing requests, where the landlord is not responding or engaging, or where the 8-week advertising period has been exceeded. This is to manage enquiry volumes, maintain service standards, and ensure fair exposure across all listings.
Any pause does not affect the landlord’s ability to re-list the property at a later date, subject to availability and service terms.
